Crossing over a high altitude pass en route to Tunquimayo. Paul and David

Each year we source coffee from across Peru.  Here is a list of the current farms, festivals, and processing plants that we currently work with.  Please contact us for more information regarding which coffees are currently available.

Chaco

Chaco is the headquarters of our green coffee sourcing and the the source of our house reserve and first group of farmers that we work with.  Paul Figueroa, head of South American coffee operations, is the president of the processing plant located in this town.
